The Wilde Group Ltd celebrates 25 years in business
The Wilde Group Ltd are celebrating 25 years of business this year. Silas Wilde, Managing Director of The Wilde Group Ltd consisting of 4 trading divisions CEM Fencing Contractors, NRG Fabrications, DJC Joinery and HFS Timber is marking this occasion with invitation-only corporate and social events throughout the year.
During 2010, Silas will be inviting people and companies, past and present to help commemorate the past 25 years and to thank them for their help and support in making The Wilde Group a success.
Silas says: ' Although this year is likely to be a very challenging one in business, we have plans in place for the next 10 years for the continued success of the group. I also think it is very important to commemorate the milestone anniversary in my career.

2010 Charity of the Year
The Wilde Group Ltd has appointed The Northamptonshire & Warwickshire Air Ambulance as their 2010 Charity of the Year.
Alison Treacher & Nicola Scott have set a target sum of £2,500.00, various events and fundraising activities will take place throughout the New Year.

Alison Treacher- NEBOSH Diploma
‘’The Wilde Group are pleased and proud to announce, Alison Treacher, our Group Health, Safety & Environmental Manager has this week passed her NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) Diploma. It has taken eighteen months to achieve and is recognised as the highest NEBOSH qualification you can attain. It involved seven weeks of study, three exams and an 11000 word assignment!

The Wilde Group Appoint New Health & Safety Manager
The Wilde Group has announced the appointment of their new Health & Safety Manager, Alison Treacher. This is a new role within The Wilde Group.
Alison, 37, has experience of working in both the private and public sector and has been a Health and Safety Practitioner for over ten years. Alison holds a NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health, Fire Safety and Risk Management Certificate and is currently working towards a National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Previous experience includes monitoring contractors, writing risk assessments and method statements, delivering training and tool box talks and co-ordinating CDM projects.
Alison says “the appointment of a Health & Safety Manager shows a firm commitment from The Wilde Group to take health and safety forward to another level. I am looking forward to working with clients to ensure that projects are completed safely and raising the profile of health and safety with our own employees which, in turn, will benefit our customers.”
Wildebunch Football Team Strikes Ahead!!!
New 6-a-side "Wildebunch" Football Team are playing their first season in the Champion Soccer League. The team is made up of Wilde Group employees and local players and they are currently sitting mid table after two wins and two loses.

HFS Timber restores 17th Century Cannon!
One of the more impressive projects undertaken recently by HFS Timber's team of experienced joiners is a seventeenth-century oak cannon owned by a stately home in Northamptonshire. The cannon was completely re-made by our team of craftsmen on site here at Harlestone Firs and restored to its former glory overlooking the countryside.
